~ Mobile Appointments

I offer convenient mobile appointments!

When booking a mobile appointment, you'll be asked to provide the complete address where your service will take place. Please make sure the address is accurate and accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
~Please make sure you have somewhere to lay down or sit and have your head tilted back where I can sit behind you (I have a chair) & a outlet I have everything else.
 

~Mobile appointments within approximately 30 minutes of Columbus are offered with no travel fee. Locations requiring more than approximately 30 minutes of travel may be subject to an additional travel fee, which will be communicated before your appointment is confirmed.
 

~Travel time is based on the estimated driving time from Columbus and may vary depending on location

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please read carefully before booking.


Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are subject to 100% of the service price.

By booking with Forever Unique, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
 

No exceptions will be made for cancellations within the 24-hour window.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full service amount.
 

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for your appointment—or being unavailable when I arrive for a mobile appointment—will be considered a no-show and will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price.
 

Outstanding Cancellation/No-Show Fees

Any unpaid balance resulting from a late cancellation or no-show must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

If the balance remains unpaid, future appointments will not be accepted or rescheduled until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

For mobile appointments, please make sure I can access the location when I arrive.
